Ready, Grow, and Support
Capturing your Integration Opportunity requires purposeful, long-term cultivation and continuous improvement.
Left Hook builds connectors and apps for our SaaS customers. We produce and distribute code to other third-party platforms on your behalf.
However, we perform this work differently than a typical hourly rate dev shop.
We deliver our expertise through a monthly subscription model, intentionally required to build virtuous cycles of feedback, improvement, and strategic performance together.
Our Ready Report is a testing and consulting process that answers critical questions before you subscribe to any annual IO Plan.
The report consists of thee sections:
First is a Competitive Analysis, where we find comparable companies in your market and give a quick rundown of what integrations they currently provide, with a specific focus (at this moment) on what they have available on various platforms. We then assess your current set of integrations and offer a snapshot of how you stack up to your competition.
Second is a Developer Experience and API Review, where we give our thoughts, concerns, and kudos on what you’re doing right or could improve upon generally to encourage developer success.
Third is a Distribution Channel Assessment, where we recommend Channels where your API would be a good fit, along with an analysis on what could be built today without any further API development on your end. We also describe which opportunities could be enabled later with future development.
The Ready Package is $495 for a one-time, fixed fee.
If your API is particularly large or complicated, this price may not apply. Let's discuss.

The Ready Stage takes 15 business days from the moment we gain working access to your API.
With weekends, expect 21 days.
The Ready Stage results in a finished Ready Report that confirms that your SaaS is ready for the potential technical, marketing, and support challenges that are the natural result of offering new Integration Opportunities.
The Ready Report sets the table for a strategic discussion with our team about how we can build and support your integrations over time.
At the end of the Ready Report process, we'll likely propose to build one or more of your requested integrations.
Our services will be delivered via an IO Plan, a flexible annual subscription with a predictable monthly or yearly cost.
We offer several different IO Plans tailored to your specific needs. Here are four simple options to help guide your understanding of our pricing:

Our Annual Support Plan is a requirement with any IO Plan.
Under the terms of this required add-on, we support user questions (Inquiries), and technical fixes (Incidents).
When you subscribe to one of our IO Plans, a concurrent Annual Support Plan will be automatically added.
You will receive the first-ever month of support FREE, with an additional eleven additional payments of $200 per month.
